We design residential projects across the Bay Area that move from concept through approvals and construction with clarity between intent and execution.

Prestin Ravid Architects is a licensed architecture practice founded and led by Eyal Ravid, serving residential projects across the Bay Area.
With 20 years of experience across California, including complex custom homes and large-scale work, Eyal’s approach is grounded in both design excellence and construction reality.
Clients work directly with the architect throughout the entire process, from early design through approvals and construction.
This continuity ensures decisions remain consistent, informed, and aligned as the project develops.
